3.1 Protecting Your Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing account details with any third party is prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account.

3.2 Account Closure

gajbee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account for the following reasons:

• Any breach of the Terms.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false information.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on gajbee: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for all methods.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Use only a payment method registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.
• Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will appear in your account immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳22,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x — meaning you must bet 20 times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw.

• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Betting on certain games may apply a different contribution rate toward the wagering calculation.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for betting.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions. Offer-specific terms take precedence over the general terms. gajbee reserves the right to change, cancel, or temporarily suspend any promotional offer at any time.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to betting on gajbee:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• gajbee reserves the right to void a bet if a technical error makes the outcome uncertain.
• If an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
